The Sussex Beach House offers luxury rental holiday accommodation for up to eight people only a stones throw from the sea in West Sussex, England. The property is a beautiful detached seaside house, which has charm and character set in a lovely well maintained garden. Built in the 1930s it has retained many of its original features. Approximately 90 minutes from London it is ideal for short weekend breaks or longer family holidays taking in the Goodwood races or the Chichester festival.

The cottage is tastefully finished to a high standard with a brand new fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences and open plan dining room. Adults and children can relax in the large comfortable sitting room, which includes SKY TV and wireless internet or simply soak up the sun on the decked patio or delightful rear lawned garden. There is also a table which seats 8 people and a smaller table for children and a barbeque. There is off-street parking for four cars.

Location: The cottage is located on the West Sussex coast, 20 yards from a private beach only used by residents, the beach is very quiet even during the summer months. The house is located in an upmarket private sea side estate. Nearest towns Arundel, Brighton, Littlehampton, Worthing, Rustington and Angmering. Great for shopping, sightseeing, sailing, fishing and long country or sea walks.

It is under 90 minutes from London and 30 minutes from Shoreham airport. 45 minutes from London Gatwick and 90 minutes from Heathrow and 30 minutes by train to Brighton.

Local villages are within 5 minutes drive and a large supermarket is also only 5 minutes away. It is very close to some excellent, traditional local Sussex pubs and restaurants in the towns of Arundel, Chichester and Goodwood. Worthing and Brighton are within 30 minutes of the beach house.

There are golf courses, a tennis and sailing club nearby. The area is well known for the racing at Goodwood and the festivals at Arundel.

Perfect for long weekend rentals, short breaks or family holidays, it is close to local amenities such as:

sailing, swimming, archery, bicycle tours, bird watching, childrens entertainment, shopping, boat trips, canoeing, fishing, historical buildings, windsurfing, museums, wine tasting, theme parks, beach walks, country walks, sightseeing.
